I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it. I have two devices, a PreSonus Audiobox, and an AKAI MPK mini, both of which are properly installed and working but will not be recognised by my DAW as MIDI input devices. ![]() ![]() ![]() It recognises them and on the device manager they are installed, up to date and working, however when using DAW software Cakewalk by BandLab they are completely invisible. This is CD-quality and is the best option for most users. I've just got a Dell Inspiron 7700 all in one machine, and for some reason it does not treat any MIDI input devices as such. Go to Edit > Preferences > Audio - Driver Settings and reduce the Driver Bit Depth to 16 and the Sampling Rate to 44.1. Apologies if this is a repeated issue, however the last known issue I found when searching was from 2015 with no helfpul resolution. ![]()
